Meet The Chef

I grew up in my grandmother's Jewish Hungarian kitchen while surrounded by Middle Eastern foods and Mediterranean produce. My passion and experience are for slow food, generous plates and family style cooking. I'm a graduate of ICE and have almost 20 years of experience working with families, retreats, camps and more. I am currently based in NYC and working at Theodora's in Brooklyn. Vegan menus and traditional Kosher menus are my specialty.

I specialize in vegetable forward cooking with seasonal ingredients and Mediterranean flavors. With years of experience in unconventional settings cooking in farms, camps and wilderness retreats I have a love for vegan cuisine and kosher foods.
