Meet The Chef
I grew up in my grandmother's Jewish Hungarian kitchen while surrounded by Middle Eastern foods and Mediterranean produce. My passion and experience are for slow food, generous plates and family style cooking. I'm a graduate of ICE and have almost 20 years of experience working with families, retreats, camps and more. I am currently based in NYC and working at Theodora's in Brooklyn. Vegan menus and traditional Kosher menus are my specialty.
